Privacy policy

Your files

Files you open with our tools are processed entirely in your browser. They are not uploaded to our servers or shared with anyone. Passwords you type into the tools stay on your device too.

Data we collect

Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes standard request logs (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) to deliver and protect the website, and provides privacy-friendly visitor statistics without cookies. Your browser may keep the tools' program files in its cache so they load faster.

Advertising

The free plan shows ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. Visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland are asked for consent first. You can manage personalised ads at adssettings.google.com. Ads never receive your files: documents are processed in your browser and are not uploaded. Pro has no ads.

Local storage

When you drop a file on the home page and choose a tool, the file is stored briefly in your browser's own storage (IndexedDB) so the tool page can open it, then deleted immediately. It never leaves your device.

Changes

Pro

Pro is sold by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, which processes your payment details and email. To check your license, your browser sends the license key to our server, which asks Dodo Payments whether it is active. We do not store your files, and we do not see your card details.
