Refunds and cancellation

14-day refund

If PDFToast Pro is not right for you, email us within 14 days of your first purchase or of a renewal and we will refund that payment in full. No questions asked.

Cancel any time

Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel in one click from the customer portal link in your receipt email, or by emailing us. Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

Renewal reminders

We email you before a yearly plan renews, so you are never surprised by a charge.

Lifetime plan

The lifetime plan is a one-time payment for Pro on the product as it exists and as it grows, with the same 14-day refund window.

Who processes payments

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, which also handles sales tax and VAT. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
