Questions

Which format should I choose?

JPG for photos you will share or upload to forms. PNG for screenshots, logos and anything with transparency. WebP for websites: it is the smallest and keeps transparency.

What happens to transparent areas in JPG?

JPG cannot store transparency, so transparent areas are filled with the background colour you pick (white by default).

Do you upload my files?
