Questions

Is it free to add a letterhead to a PDF?

Yes. It is free with no sign-up and no watermark. The free plan covers up to 50 tasks a day; Pro removes every limit.

Do you upload my files?

No. The tool runs inside your browser using WebAssembly. Your file never leaves your device, and it still works with Wi-Fi turned off.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. It works in Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox on Android, iPhone, Windows, Mac and Linux.

The letterhead does not show. Why?

Some documents have a solid white background on every page, which covers anything behind it. Choose "On top of the content" instead; a letterhead with a white background then works best in the margins.

Can I use a different letterhead for the first page?

Yes. Make a 2-page letterhead PDF (page 1 for the first page, page 2 for the rest) and choose "First page, and its page 2 on the other pages".
