Questions
Is it free to create a fillable PDF form?
Yes. It is free with no sign-up and no watermark. The free plan covers up to 50 tasks a day; Pro removes every limit.
Do you upload my files?
No. The tool runs inside your browser using WebAssembly. Your file never leaves your device, and it still works with Wi-Fi turned off.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. It works in Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox on Android, iPhone, Windows, Mac and Linux.
Will the form work in Adobe Reader and on phones?
Yes. The fields are standard PDF form fields (AcroForm), so Adobe Reader, Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Preview and most phone PDF apps can fill them.
How do radio buttons work?
Radio buttons in the same group allow one answer. Each new radio button joins the last group. Press New group to start the next question, and rename a group to rename the whole question.
What does a signature field do?
It marks where a signature goes. Readers like Adobe let people sign there; you can also sign it yourself with Sign PDF.
