Questions
Is it free to split PDF pages in half?
Yes. It is free with no sign-up and no watermark. The free plan covers up to 50 tasks a day; Pro removes every limit.
Do you upload my files?
No. The tool runs inside your browser using WebAssembly. Your file never leaves your device, and it still works with Wi-Fi turned off.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. It works in Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox on Android, iPhone, Windows, Mac and Linux.
My scan is not centred. What can I do?
Set an overlap of a few millimetres. Each half then keeps a little of the other side, so no words are cut off at the fold.
Is the page actually cut, or just hidden?
Each half shows only its side, and readers, printers and other tools treat it as a normal single page. The hidden half is still in the file, so do not use this to remove private information; use Redact PDF for that.
